We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the amenities. We even made sure to visit the restaurants and received good service. The issue that brought down the rating was when I went to check out, the front desk person and manager decided to charge me $35 for a family member that visited and we sat by the pool. This was after we paid for the food, hotel and extra fees. I asked if this was shared with me when I checked in and they proceeded to argue the fine print. I don't plan on returning for this reason.

Very good hotel, very friendly and hard working staff. Well located in South of Mexico, easy to get an Uber too from there and sushi restaurant just in front of it. Nice pool. Very good food at the rooftop restaurant and breakfast!

Been staying since 2020 and overall remains a good lodging option but it used to be way better. Always booked because they have agreements with many groups and companies. Service is relatively efficient, sometimes more friendly, especially females at reception who are always very polite. Room service is good. Rooms are spacious however very frequently with a light problem or lack of amenities and service is not the most responsive. Nice to have in-room coffee. Clean, spacious WC and shower. Nice rooftop terrace. Complimentary parking.

This hotel is awesome. The rooms are nice, with big beds, and very clean, but by far the best perk is the Roof Garden and pool area. On the 6th floor, it's got an incredible view, and the pool and hot tubs are super relaxing. The service was okay at best, slow, and forgetful, but the overall experience is well worth it.

Amazing architecture, one of the most light efficient and green building I have visited in a while. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Multiple restaurants and the hotel grounds are like a sanctuary.
